Our journey took us to the heart of one of Indonesia’s most fertile growing regions.

There, we discovered farms blessed with rich volcanic soil, abundant tropical sun, and a legacy of wisdom passed down through generations.

This land, lovingly cultivated by local farmers, yields both cacao and coffee of remarkable character. Rich in aroma, layered in flavor, and proudly unique. These farmers carry ancestral knowledge, preserving the art of cultivating fine beans, season after season.

Our role is to honor that legacy by building sustainable partnerships: ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and actively supporting child labour remediation programs.

Cacao Beans

Our cacao beans are fully fermented for 5 days and sun-dried to achieve optimal flavor development. This process enhances their rich chocolate aroma, balanced acidity, and smooth bitterness  making them ideal for artisan chocolate makers and specialty cocoa applications.

Cacao Nibs

Cacao nibs are small pieces of crushed fermented and dried cocoa beans. With no added sugar, they deliver an intense chocolate flavor and a crunchy texture. perfect for baking, snacking, or as a topping on smoothie bowls and granola.

Cocoa Mass

Cacao mass is 100% pure ground cacao, made from fermented and roasted beans. It contains both cocoa solids and cocoa butter, offering an intense chocolate flavor with no added sugar. Ideal for crafting premium chocolate, couverture, or as a rich base for beverages and desserts.

Cocoa Butter

Cacao butter is the natural fat extracted from fermented and roasted cacao beans. With a smooth texture and mild chocolate aroma, it’s essential for making fine chocolate, cosmetics, and skincare products. Naturally rich in antioxidants and completely plant-based.

Cocoa Powder

Cocoa powder is made by grinding roasted cacao beans and removing most of the cocoa butter. It delivers a rich chocolate flavor and is commonly used in baking, beverages, and chocolate production. Our cocoa powder is 100% pure, unsweetened, and perfect for both culinary and industrial applications.

Toraja Robusta

Toraja Robusta comes from the highlands of South Sulawesi, a region known for producing cleaner and more refined robusta than typical lowland varieties. Grown at 800–1,000+ masl, it delivers a bold body, smooth bitterness, low acidity, and a stable aftertaste making it ideal for espresso blends, dark roasts, and premium industrial applications. Jambi, Kerinci Robusta

Gayo Robusta

Robusta Gayo is grown in the highlands of Gayo, Aceh, Sumatra, an origin known for its volcanic soil, cool climate, and deep coffee heritage.
